We’re coming out of Lockdown hibernation
What’s Been Happening
- Barclays Actions
On April, we targeted Barclays in North Street and gave out 300 flyers.
Tellthetruth Inc XR affinity group have taken over a billboard again! This time it's at the bottom of Ditchling Road in Brighton. Looks like it's Barclays' turn to get the tell the truth treatment.

On April 22nd, 7 brave women from XR smashed windows at HSBC in London
- Kill The Bill (April 17th)
Another successful demonstration in Brighton against the policing bill.
Freya made an incredible speech speaking about her personal experiences protesting from 17 very tactfully and emotively introduced climate change to the conversation in the context of increasing pressure on protest.
Roadblocks on London road and clock tower as well as a great presence outside of the police station.
Large samba band persisted to play till the clocktower then 4 drummers left who continued marching for another hour - made up of new members!
Next march: May 1st.
