Extinction Rebellion Central Brighton Meeting

This is primarily a meeting for new and existing Brighton people who live in the Centre of our City.
We have restructured our meetings to try and avoid super busy meetings, so please only come if: a) you live in Central Brighton or b) you have had a look at our other scheduled meetings for Hove, East and North Brighton and really can't make the one that covers the area you live in.
Please note, we are not splitting into new groups, we are keeping Brighton (and Hove) XR as one group so we can all benefit from the massive amount of work and support that has evolved over the past six months. We are simply splitting for meetings and plan to all come together for other events, actions and celebrations.
These general meetings will include: * 7pm - for the first half hour an induction for new members followed by * 7.30pm - a general meeting followed by * 8.30pm (roughly) - a working group meeting (anyone is welcome to stay on and join) before finally finishing off with at *9.15pm - a meeting of the co-ordinating team (hosted by the strategy group and for two (rotating) reps from each working group).
The focus of these weekly meetings will be induction, information, discussion and affinity group forming.
There will be a published capacity for each venue so we will have to refuse entry once we reach this number. Thank you in advance for your understanding and please bear with us while we do our best to accommodate everyone. You are all so welcome, we just need to work it out so everyone can be included.
