Co-listening: Listening and being heard workshop
Whitehawk Road (close to the Lidl), Brighton – venue tbc depending on numbers
We understand that what we are facing needs more than just science to change things; we need to move from business as usual attitude in all areas - including how we take care of ourselves and each other.
In XR we are all crew, regenerative culture tells us when we take care of ourselves we take care of each other and when we take care of each other we take care of ourselves.
Let’s move from a business as usual style of relating to each other and develop a collective adaptable kind of resilience to carry us all in the good and tough times.
This workshop is aimed for affinity group regen leads and anyone who would like to be able to offer some co-listening exercises to support any groups you are a part of.
Come and experience the surprising power of listening and what it is to be really heard.
