Our culture makes little space for meeting our full emotions, there is often a message that we should hide our sadness, ignore our dreams, tame our rage, feel ashamed of our uncertianties, carry on as usual, but we know there is another way.
Extinction rebellion is different to other activist spaces and relies on a culture that regenerates ourselves and each other. It understands that being engaged in activism can take it's toll and that we need to make space to care for ourselves and each other and when we do that we come out stronger and wilder and fuller for it.
