Sometime we get the message that we should hide our sadness, tame our rage and need to just carry on, but we know there is another way.
Extinction rebellion is different to other activist spaces and relies on a culture that regenerates ourselves and each other. It understands that being engaged in activism can take it's toll and that we need to make space to care for this.
If you want be in a space where togehter we can be with our difficulties that can come up when facing these climate and ecological crises you are welcome to join us.
What to expect There will be a maximum of 12 people in our circle (sitting on the floor with stairs access) We will do some pair work, group sharing and a simple chant to invite us to connect with our intentions, and making space to be with the feelings that we may encounter.
You can participate by sharing or simply bringing your presence to the space and witness others share. This is not a space of performance or perfectionism, it is not a space of solutions, fixing or making better, it is a space we are invited to create together to support each other.
And of course we end with a nice cuppa.
